Description

Consider Cotton Mather’s accounts of the Salem witch trials: Now, reflect on modern day “witch hunts.” Not truly persecuting suspected witches, but persecution of groups of people because of their being “other” of what the majority considers the cultural norm. Go back as far as you wish in history or look at current day happenings and write a well-developed paragraph about one or more. Be specific but kind/tolerant in your discussion. Again, I expect a well-developed paragraph.
