Law Enforcement Response to Homelessness

Please create an annotated bibliography with a minimum of 10 sources related to the issues surrounding homelessness and the response of public safety (law enforcement and fire/EMS department). Conduct library research to determine what research has already been done and what has been written related to this topic. Ideally discussing the issues with homelessness and how it relates to the safety of general public, the programs or initiatives that public safety have implemented to respond to homelessness and some issues that are still going unaddressed when it comes to homelessness in general. Seven of the ten sources must be primary sources of information. The further removed from the study the less valuable the resource becomes. Please have at least 175 words per source for this annotated bibliography. APA 6th edition is to be used for the document.
