Case Study based on the article attached called “James McNerney and 3M – Making a Good Company Better”. Along with 3 question essay-based questions. Which are :

1. 3M has been known as an innovation powerhouse for decades, even before McNerney took over. What were some of the internal factors that led 3M to be great prior to McNerney’s arrival?

2. McNerney engaged in a major overhaul of the organizational culture and many other related aspects that had an impact on innovation within 3M. Why did Mcnerney change these aspects?
