-In a well-written, concise essay (2–3 pages), please identify your intended capstone project. Discuss the issue, problem, information gap, or creative endeavor you wish to explore and your reasons for undertaking this particular project. State the intended goals and outcomes for the capstone project.-

-Your project should be based on a thorough review of your agency’s policies and procedures, and your essay should reflect your understanding of agency policies and procedures as they relate to your project. **Be sure to demonstrate the appropriateness of your intended project to the agency and how it will adhere to the agency’s policies and procedures.**-

-Due to the fact that i do not work at a particular agency at this time, my capstone is about the mental health of individuals re entering society after incarceration.

-The paper needs to be focused on the individual who is re entering society after incarceration, while touching on the mental effect it can have on the individuals families.

-The paper should also touch on some history of mental health after incarceration.

-The goals and outcomes of this capstone project are as follows:
-Goal is to work as a mental health counselor at an agency that helps people that have been incarcerated get re adjusted back into society.

-The outcome of this capstone project is to continue learning about mental health, especially those who have mental health issues that have a direct correlation with being incarcerated, and even those who don’t. My entire goal is to help people that are in need, and i believe these individuals deserve the help they may need to become a productive member of society regardless of past mistakes.

An agency i plan to work for will be for counseling individuals after incarceration.
