Choose two of the following quality gurus. Compare their philosophy and discuss their contribution to the field of TQM. (word limit: 1000; 2 pages)
• W. E. Deming
• Philip B. Crosby

A. One essay question: (pick two gurus and write about a comparison of the two)
• Read about the two gurus, their history, contributions, philosophy, views, etc. Do a short write-up on what you can learn from their work. Then compare the two using a suitable list of criteria that you develop based on your understanding of their work.
Follow this structure:
• Introduce each of the gurus (0.5 page)
• Comparison of the two in form of a table using a list of criteria (1 Page)
• Conclusion: With all the information that you have now, how do you make sense of the results of the comparison? What is your opinion? (0.5 Page)
• Appendix: include references such as the main articles you have read with your report.
