Write a 850 to 1,100-word paper in which you:
Describe a Community Needs Assessment and explain it’s purpose
Explain how a social worker could use the results of a Community Needs Assessment to promote social change and social justice
Identify a social issue in your own community and provide three pieces of evidence that demonstrate why this issue would be one that social workers should focus on for community change

Organize your narrative with APA level two headings (commonly called subheadings) labeled Description and Purpose, Promotion of Social Change and Social Justice, Issue and Evidence

Format your paper according to APA guidelines including a title page, level two headings (commonly called sub-headings, in-text citations, references page, etc).
