The 2016 presidential and the 2018 midterm elections are now behind us, and politicians now begin to focus on 2020 during a pandemic. There is still quite a bit of discussion about the cyber attacks during the 2016 election and what is anticipated for 2020.

Chapter 3, page 40 presents the legal issue regarding cyber spies and interference with the American election process. Read the synopsis presented. Conduct outside research to fully understand what happened in 2016.
